WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
In addition to weigh feeders, conveyor belt scales, and impact flow meters, MERRICK designs and manufactures state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment systems. From lime to potassium permanganate to polymers and other process chemicals, MERRICK’s selection of systems can handle an array of dry and liquid materials. We offer both detention type and paste slaking systems as well as silos, bulk tanks, bin activators, dissolvers, dust collectors, bag loaders, and more. Pioneered by ConSeCo, High Density Lime Systems (HDLS) are exclusively manufactured by MERRICK. High Density Lime Systems utilize hydrated lime and provide lime slurry with exceptional reliability and minimal maintenance all while using less resources than traditional systems. MERRICK water treatment solutions are custom designed for your specific application to ensure optimal operation throughout the plant.
