MC3 3500 Weigh-Out Batching

Specifications | Manual

The MC3 3500 Controller is designed to deliver a set amount of material into a down stream process by weight. MC Cubed Touch Screen Controller

Theory of Operation

An analog signal is used by the MC3 Controller to control the speed of a feeding device. A Load Cell is used to monitor the amount of weight in the hopper. When a batch is started, the analog signal is sent to maintain a predetermined course feed output. When the crossover weight is reached during the batch, the analog signal is changed to the fine feed output. When the batch Target Weight is reached, the discharge is stopped and a final Batch Total is calculated.
